Making our Hoofbeats THUNDER

Many in the medical community miss the hoofbeats when diagnosing Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs).  Let's all work together to help raise funds for more Neuroendocrine and Carcinoid cancer research.  Let's gather our Herd of Supporters and make our Hoofbeats heard, and raise funds for much-needed NET research and awareness. We can work together to make our hoofbeats THUNDER so they can no longer be ignored.

We set our Goal for this campaign at $10,000 because, years ago, Dean told us, "...you will need to raise at least $10,000 to make a difference!"  Please help us continue to make a difference. As in the past, every dollar raised will go directly to support ongoing research.

In recent years that has been the work of Dr. Amr Mohamed at University Hospitals, here in Cleveland. He is a renowned specialist in NET research and treatments.

Thank you for your continued love, prayers, and support since 2012, when we first started raising funds for NET Research in Dean's memory. With your efforts, along with ours, we have raised and donated, over $567,000!  With the Constantine A Paras BME Graduate Fellowship at Vanderbilt, we have made it possible for 11 Biomedical Engineers to receive a Grant in his memory as well.
